ADMISSION PROCESS
Application forms for admission to Higher Secondary Arts and Commerce are issued in the month of May and
admissions are done after the declaration of class X results. Application form for admission to Degree
(Arts Major and General Course) are issued in the month of May and admissions are done after the
declaration of Class XII results. The forms are available at the college office on payment of Rs. 200/-
DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED
Mandatory – The attested copies of the following documents are to be submitted along with the
application forms-
- Mark sheets
- Admit card
- Character certificate from the institutions last attended.
- ST/SC/OBC/MOBC caste certificate
- Registration certificate
- Pass certificate
- Provisional certificate from the School or College last attended
- Board certificate
- Gap certificate {if applicable- from the School or College last attended}
- Aadhar Card
- Passport size photographs
Attested copies of the following certificates may be submitted to support your claim for
proficiency in the following fields:
- Sports
- Debate / Quiz / Essay
- Dramatics / Music
- NCC/NSS
SUBMISSION OF FORMS
Forms are to be submitted in the office within three days from the date of issue. Incomplete forms will
be rejected.
INTERVIEW
The schedules of interview will be displayed on the notice board. The originals of all documents are to
be produced for verification at the time of interview.
NOTE:
- Admission is granted on the basis of performance at qualifying examination and interview.
- Admitted candidates will have their form numbers or names displayed on the notice board.
- Fees must be paid within the due date failing which the admission will stand cancelled.
- Classes will commence on the notified date.
POST-MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP & FEE CONCESSION
Students can avail the scholarship facilities (SC/ST/OBC) and fee concession is given to the deserving
ones.
